Deposits are permitted and also are refundable (Not more than 1 week of reservation). If for some reason you cannot get the kitten you have chosen, your money will be refunded. You can also get another kitten of the same price. All of our Kittens come with Limited Registration, a one (1) year health guarantee, Veterinary health check, shot records, and will be up to date on vaccinations.
Purchase Procedure
1. You want a Kitten.
2. You visit our website, see all our available kittens, make a choice and place your order.
3. We will contact you within 1 – 3 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your reply to our email with answers to the questions asked, we will determine your eligibility with regards to adopting our kittens. If we find you suitable to adopt our kitten, we will forward you the payment information and proceed with the adoption process upon payment confirmation. You only need to make a $499.00 deposit to get your kitten shipped
4. The required paperwork is processed as soon as payment is confirmed, also our licensed veterinarian performs a final routine checkup on your kitten and a flight is booked . (Ships within three [03] days of purchase completion).
5. When we book the flight, the Pet Nanny Service will provide you with all flight details (date and time of departure and arrival as well as all info you will require to receive the kitten upon arrival).
6. Within 24 hours of takeoff, our staff will place a follow-up call to confirm that your kitten arrived safely and that you have taken possession of your kitten.
7. As a matter of principle, don’t forget to take your kitten to your veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival.
